SETA is a Spanish company founded in 1963 that currently employs over 100 specialized technicians working in the design, engineering, production, assembly and start up of water treatment plants. Processes considered include sedimentation, filtration, dosing, reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and electrodeionization. SETA also works with serum concentration plants by reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration, and with waste water treatment systems.

SETA has been continuously active in R+D+I (Research, Development, Innovation) projects since its foundation ; and as refers to Quality and Environmental Management, is certified by AENOR according to UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 standards, and to PECAL AQAP-2110 standard for projects involving the Ministry of Defense and NATO. These aspects have helped the company to develop its own technology, with a strong and highly competitive presence in national and international markets.

EXPERTISE

SETA will bring in its expertise in the design, engineering and installation of desalination processes and reverse osmosis units.

Previous experience includes the OPEN-GAIN project (EU-FP6) where SETA was in charge of the development of a sea water treatment pilot plant installed in Tunisia.
