NATURE: REPORT

DISSEMINATION: PUBLIC

SCHEDULED: JUL/2012

ACHIEVED: NOV/2014

This document presents the action plan organized around five main questions of a dissemination process, namely WHAT will be disseminated and WHY, TO WHOM, HOW and WHEN will be disseminated, and WHO will disseminate it. The plan also considers the reason of dissemination activities which helps to build an appropriate strategy and to formulate particular dissemination objectives to be realised within the project’s duration. (i)Motivate the consortium for a unified approach, (ii)Suggest interest in the H2OCEAN developments to key stakeholders, (iii)Encourage an active participation in dissemination tasks, (iv)Exploit the results beyond H2OCEAN, in line with the H2OCEAN exploitation plan.

NATURE: REPORT

DISSEMINATION: CONFIDENTIAL

SCHEDULED: AUG/2013

ACHIEVED: NOV/2013

The primary aim of this report was to outline the exploitable technology and procedures developed during the H2Ocean project. At the end of the project, 3 exploitable results can be exploited “as they are”. For each exploitable results are reported the description of the result, the potential customer, the expected date of achievement during the project, time to market and market size, costs and price range, competitors, potential collaborations, and protection of the results. A risk assessment has been performed in order to assess the risk regarding the exploitation risks and barriers. This section in particular is extended with further actions, completed whenever complete risks could not be identified, and for the cases where high or unacceptable risk values are evaluated, an assessment of the countermeasures has been taken. On the basis of such revision, extension and deepening of the exploitation plan, business models and further exploitation and development activities have been described in deliverable D 11.5 “Business Plans for exploitable results” supporting the future strategies of development and increasing the number of possible exploitable results, including descriptions of additional development activities.
